Sean developed his passion for workplace safety during his career as a Case Manager at WorkSafeBC for over 7 years. Sean combined this passion with his education from the Justice Institute of BC to create Veritas Safety Management. Sean has been a Bylaw Enforcement Officer with the City of Kelowna, City of Penticton and the Regional District of Kitimat-Stikine solidifying his commitment to public safety.

Sean holds his APP certification with ASIS Intl., Use of Force certification through SheepDog Self Protection, and Workplace Investigator Certificate Holder with the Association of Workplace Investigators. Sean also possesses his Restricted and Non-Restricted firearm's license and is certified in How to Prevent an Active Shooter through the US Homeland of National Security. A strong ally, Sean is committed to LGBTQ rights and and is a member of GLAAD Canada.

"I hold a degree from Fairhaven College with a concentration in Holistic Health, which has shaped my comprehensive and people-centered approach to workplace safety. This background allows me to view safety not only as a regulatory requirement but as an essential component of overall organizational well-being. I combine technical expertise with strategic insight to develop customized safety programs that align with each client’s operational objectives. Through detailed assessments, policy development, and training, I work to foster a proactive safety culture built on awareness, accountability, and continuous improvement.
